MANISH SISODIA’S BAIL GRANTED:

Manish Sisodia gets bail after spending 17 months in jail custody. Supreme Court comes out being decisive that bail should not be withheld in terms of punishment. The court said, “ the appellant has been deprived of the right to speedy trial”.

MANISH SISODIA'S BAIL PLEA COMMENCED:

Hearing for the bail plea of AAP leader and former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia in the supreme court has commenced regarding corruption and money laundering cases in the Delhi liquor policy alleged scam.

Manish has been to the custody since 26^th February 2023 b Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), alleged for irregularities upon execution and creation of Delhi exercise policy in surroundings for 2021-2022. ED (Enforcement Directorate) arrested him on 9^th March, 2023, in the money laundering investigation that related to CBI’s FIR. 

AAP leaders termed the SC's verdict of Sasodia as " victory of truth". The AAP leaders louded Sasodia who gave children of Delhi bright future was webbed in a false case. It was 28th February, 2023, when Sasodia resigned from his post of ministry, two days after his arrest.
